Where can I get my passport stamped? This refers to the Keiki (name for children in Polynesia) passport, which the Polynesian Cultural Center provides and includes: 1) Spaces to collect stamps from each island village to show they completed the games or activities. 2) A schedule of the day's activities geared toward the family experience3) Space to write down the greetings for each island 4) A fun illustration and the name of each island's games or activities to help the keiki remember it when they return home.
Counters - Ticket Taker Tidbit on Locating the Shoulder Pouches and Clickers at Venues
Hale Aloha Lu’au - The shoulder pouches are taken to the Manager’s office each night with the baskets and book we fill out and brought back for the next day’s use. If you don’t see them please ask the Supervisor or workers and they will bring them to you.
Hale Ohaha Luau – The shoulder pouches and the clicker are under the phone table in the back hallway across from the bulletin boards. They are in a long plastic container. Ask the workers or find them yourselves.
Island Buffet and Prime Dining - Ask the Supervisor or one of the workers to locate them for you. They will probably be with the baskets under the little counters by the front doors. You are not required to use them (Only if you want to).
Taking Tickets - As you take tickets, please find the name of the Lu’au or Restaurant on the Top Tab of the Ticket before you tear it off. That way you will tear the correct tab and make sure the guest is at the correct Venue.
Lost and Found - The Guest Services Kiosk and where the Lost and Found is located is between Nona’s Tropical Threads and the Ambassador Lounge and the Ticketing Office.
Back Stage Tours - Back Stage Tours are also still going on at 6:30 PM and guests are to meet at the Ambassador Lounge next to the Ticket Information Booth. It’s the farthest building South on the PCC property.
Purchasing Dinner - The location for buying tickets is just behind the Photo Pick up Booth across from Prime Dining.)
Bounce Back for 3 days - Also known as free within three. Guest can bring their ticket stub back and enjoy the activities in the island villages that they missed on the day of their visit. Guests should go to the ticket office with their stub on the following day(s). This is island villages only.
Children under Age 5 - Children under the age of 5 are not charged for entrance to any of the ticketed activities (Entry to the Polynesian Cultural Center Villages, attendance at Ha: Breath of Life evening show, BBQ Lunch Buffet and dining at Island Buffet, Prime Dining, or any of the Luaus). All ala carte or snack items throughout the park, including meals at the Banyan Tree, Hoku Pa'a Snack Bars and various island food kiosks must be purchased. Children under 5 who do not have a paid ticket will need to sit on an adult’s lap while attending our Ha: Breath of Life evening show

Wheel-chairs - "What time do I have to return my wheelchair?" Before the night show begins at 7:30pm.
Christmas Activities - Rides on the Christmas train are free for ages 5 and under. Those attending the Christmas Canoe pageant can purchase tickets from any of the stores in the Marketplace. Pepsi often sponsors the pageant by giving discounts to those who bring an empty Pepsi can or bottle.
The ticket to the left was handed to me during an evening when I was taking tickets. I hesitated. It didn't look like anything I had ever seen. I asked for help. Eventually, we were told that it was a valid ticket. So we took a picture. Hopefully, this will help you if you get a ticket like this.
